Diamonds A Girls Best Friend

I don't think there is a women out there who does not love diamonds! I just recently got engaged. My fiance is not only my lover but he is also my best friend. He is the one person I can tell anything to. The one who can calm me down when I am having a bad day. The one who makes me laugh. The one who protects me and my kids. The one who holds me at night and the one who gives me that first smile in the morning. So I ask is a diamond really a girls best friend or is it the man who gives it to her?

ANGEL DUST

If you dont already know i am a mother of three girls. They are my angels. Their ages are twelve, ten, and four. Our house sometimes looks like a tornado went thru. I gave up thinking my house could be spotless. Now i just say " my house isn't dirty thats just angel dust "

Dishwashing

Growing up I offten asked why we coulddn't get a dishwasher. My mother always replied with "thats what I have you for". Yeah yeah Mom!! And of course shortly after I moved out of the house she bought one! Well I am now a mother of three daughters. A couple years ago we were renting a place that didnt have a dishwasher. My oldest daughter complained all the time about having to do the dishes by hand and asked why we didnt get a place with a dishwasher. Yup you guessed it I used my mothers response!! I recall one day when my daughters friend came over to play ( at that time she was around ten).  My daughter was washing the dishes and told her friend that if she would help dry them then she would get done faster and they could go play. Which i thaought made perfect sence! Much to my surprise her friend asked " how do I do that? ". You can imagine how shocked my daughter was to realize her friend has never washed dishes by hand. And of course i heard all about it later! I looked at my daughter, smiled, and said " you will thank me one day ". Yet again another comment my mother used on me from time to time! Well we do have a dishwasher now but I am proud to say that my kids do know how to wash by hand.

ok so i am new to this. but here it goes. LOL i am thirty five years old. Divorced but recently got engaged. I have 3 girls, twelve, ten, and four. My family is my life! We are all patiently waiting for some warm weather so we can get to enjoying our outdoor activities. PEACE OUT!
